Hotel Information

Hotel Reservations can be made at Reservations. Or by calling 866-384-1944 between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm. You will need to reference either the code NCSA1119 or state that you are attending the Northeast Campus Stores Association meeting. Reservations need to be made by Oct. 3 to receive the discounted rate. The discounted rate applies to the Lodge Rooms.  

Vendors

If you are registering for a booth space, you will be able to register up to four people without an additional fee. All four people will receive Trade Show lunch tickets.

If you are registering for a table top space, you will be able to register up to two people without an additional fee. Both people will receive Trade Show lunch tickets.

Registration, of either size, will allow to you be part of the fashion show, if applicable, and to take part of the Vendor Presentation Breakfast. You will be given 3 minutes to present to the stores during Breakfast on Monday before the Trade Show. No other vendors will be present during the presentation. You will be able to attend any of the receptions and educational sessions you wish as well.

Stores

This year the registration fee is for the first person attending from each store. There is an additional charge for additional people. You can use the Additional Store Personnel for all three days, Education Only for a one day attendance or the Trade Show option for the Trade Show attendance. Please note that the Trade Show Attendance includes the Trade Show Lunch.

If you are applying for a scholarship, please register for the sessions and meals you wish to attend and upon check out, choose the “bill me” option. Then send in your scholarship application. You will be registered for the event and will not have to pay until the scholarship has been awarded. Once the scholarship has been awarded a credit will be posted to the invoice. If it is a full scholarship the invoice will be closed. If it is a partial scholarship, the balance will be invoiced for payment.

 

Scholarships

If you wish to attend the  Fall Meeting  and Trade Show but do not have the institutional funds to do so, please apply for a scholarship!

We set aside funds for each meeting to make sure store personnel can attend.

Voting

Tuesday, Nov. 5 is election day. Please make arrangements to vote if you will be returning home after the polls close.

What would you do if you were hit with ransomware? What                     happens if your school doesn’t pay the ransom? Colleen Howard will       relate her experiences with running 5 stores  at Crowder College when the college was hit over the summer.  Three weeks without credit cards and currently only two stores are back up. Find out what the experience is like and what you should do now to help in that situation. 

Breakout 2:15 pm to 3:15 pm Independent Store Innovators-Paula Haerr Higher Education has never been more scrutinized than it is today. Efforts to increase accessibility, affordability, and accountability have changed campus dynamics and expectations. This session will feature ICBA Members whose innovative programs have made an impact on their campuses, and in so doing have attracted positive attention from presidents, provosts, and key campus stakeholders.
